Gluten Free Flour Blend

gluten free flour blendThis is the mix that I use for most cookies and other baking goods.

Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
2/3 cup potato starch
1 teaspoon xanthan gum

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in an airtight container.
