With so many green beans coming from the garden still, I wanted an easy and tasty way to serve them up. It takes just a few minutes to prepare then off in the oven so I can focus on preparing other parts of dinner.
Preheat oven to 425F, and lay your green beans and pepper out on a baking sheet. Cover with the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and combine together. After 10 minutes of cooking time, give it a couple of stirs and cook for another 10 minutes. Should be slightly caramelized and crisp.
